Random Alarm

So,
2008 Lancer GTS. I have been having this problem for about a week now, where I will leave my car, lock/arm it, and then have the alarm go off about 3 min later. It happens once in a while but not every time. Turns out, when this problem first came about I was driving, and the display showed my rear driver's door open. So I get out, open and close it.... and it still shows it open! I thought WTF!? SO it's def. closed and I start driving and it eventually shows closed. Other times it will show closed, then open, then closed, then open in equal timings. I went to the dealer, they did diagnostic on what they have availible for this new car, and nothing. They even switched out the door pin with a new one, and it didn't help. As of now, they are working with Mits Tech, and I am stuck manually locking my doors w/ no alarm... DAMNIT! I need a beer....

every car company has this problem when new cars come out and humans like to focus more on bad than good... Go to BMW or MErc forums and you see the same thing...LOL

Red face

I just got my GTS about a week ago no problems so far (knock on wood). But the dealership just called me and said there was some sort of recall for the rear doors and that I should bring my car in for free service. I wonder if this is the same thing?
