I was just wondering if any previous RA's or EVO's came with the weight sensor in the seat? It so, would it hook up to our set up?

 

I believe the last year of the Ralliart, 06, had a weight sensor in the passenger seat. I don't have any info beyond that. Evos most likely didn't.

 

i dont know about your GTS but my GTS comes with weight sensors. if we're talking about the same thing here. everytime i set my backpack on the pass. seat and the seatbelt thing lights up in the center consol.

 

Yeah thats what i'm talking about. If theres no weight the air bag wont go off. I want different seats, im just trying to see it any other seats would work with the weight sensor. cause i came from an SRT-4 with awesome seats to these. they arent bad but i want something more to plant my a** in every day.

 

That was a question I want to know too.
What if taking the sensor from the orignal seat and putting them onto other seat like racing seats?

 

Do you really wanna mess with the airbags?

 

Have you considered katzkin, or having a interior person rebolster them and upholster the stock seats to your liking?

 

That's very true, I wouldn't wanna mess with a brand new car.
