run some sea foam through all of your systems (gas tank, crankcase, and throttlebody). Sea foam contains some alcohol I believe but I do know for a fact that it can evaporate moisture out of your engine (it says it on the bottle). Might want to just be safe and do that just in case.

 

People inject water on purpose and a lot more than you did with only good results.
