Gauge Cluster needles sticking

I got a new OZ cluster the other day and installed it without any problems, but now the rpm and the mph needles stick a little bit above where they should sit, unless thats normal. When I turn the car off, the needles go all the way down. Is this something that the cluster does itself or do they need like some kind of oil or something? thanks!

Do they stick as is not move when they should? Or just sit on the wrong numbers. At idle, your RPMs should sit around 700 I think, and MPH should sit at 0 obviously. If they are sticking as in when you are driving they will stop moving at some points, then they might not be on all the way. I took my gauges off to fix my low fuel light and my RPMs started sticking. They'd stop sometimes and if I tapped on the plastic they'd move some more. Turned out the needle wasn't pushed in all the way. Try that I guess.

It happens when I turn the car on , all the needles move up a little bit even before I turn it on, but just put the key on and put it forward to the accessory position, the mph needle moves up a little bit above 0.

Are your mph's wrong at all when your driving? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
