It really is starting to get a tad bit annoying, but does anyone else get creaking sound from the rear suspension everytime you go over a speed bump or a large bump?

If I go REALLY (and i mean really) slow, I don't hear it. but going normal speeds and slowing down a bit over bumps or speed bumps, I'll still hear it.

I've driven 3-4 other cars on the same roads and I've never gotten the creaks.

Should I get this checked or is this just a result of the so called "sport-tuned" suspension?

I noticed this creaking lately after I had a road trip with my family, (4 ppl including myself). After that my rear suspension is just buggin me to actually put it on the lift and look at it.

I do hear the creaking. Not going over a bump at 10km or less. I do hear it at around 15 kms/hr or so over a bump.

To me it sounds like the sway bar bushings. After having weight in the car and going around corners fairly hard, no?

 

I just picked up my GTS and drove it home. I noticed the same problem when I got home and put some stuff in the car. When I got in and out the rear suspension would creak. Has this gone away with time for you guys?

 

dealer took a look and said the offset on the rear swaybar was off by a bit. (i think that's what he said)

now its gone.... more or less... still hear the occasional creak...
