I've had the same happen on mine but it took about 5 years... You can get it from the service department for about $25.00

If the bulbs are less than perfect, get rid of them. Hell they warn against getting finger oil on the bulbs let alone melted nylon.
Edit: Where does it say you burnt out a set of bulbs already?

Oh and btw, when I went to the dealership to get the part, the service guy automatically new I was using a "brighter/higher wattage" than factory bulb and it is apparently a popular thing that burns out due to brighter bulbs...
