Thanks for posting this. I've heard a few complaints regarding incorrect fuel gauge readings with the Lancer. Fortunately it hasn't happened to me yet, but I'll be printing this just in case.

A lot of people complain about the INFO gauge's MPG meter because they don't understand it (it just measures MPG on that trip, not since the last fillup). I haven't seen many EvoMers complain about an ACTUAL gauge issue yet, but maybe I just missed it.

seems like it is the same TSB number as the "no start" problem
so it is possible to have same TSB number on two different kinds of problem?

That was a typo. It has been fixed. Thanks for noticing.

To answer, the "no start cold" TSB is actually number 07-13-010.

I had the same problem and used the information from this web site to fix the DTC. The gauge works but is not as accurate as it should be. No big deal I just reset the trip meter and refuel at 400 miles or so . I just fill the tank to full and go from there. The DTC is what I need to clear because a lot more things could cause the MIL to light.
