Tires turning brown!

Hey I have an 08 Lancer with the Yokohama tires, the DE size. They are turning brown! It looks really bad, and I was wondering if anybody knows how to make them black again?? Thanks a lot for your help!

scrub as much off with soap and water. And use a QUALITY tire shine. The only over the counter stuff I'd use is stoner's tire shine or meguiars endurance.

i use meguiars nxt extreme tire shine. i got it at advance auto parts.

thanks guys, I'll try that stuff. But how to get the brown off? Regular car washes just don't do it. I use Maguire's Gold Class car wash when I wash.... but it doesn't do the trick.
