Warm ac

So I've been having issues with my ac lately. I notice that sitting at a light or taking off from a stop i get a blast of warm air in my face then hear almost a pressure sound ( sort of like when you fill air in your tires, the air filling up noise) but only for a second and the cold ac comes back on. I had a broken condenser fan motor and mitsu told me that the condenser wasn't cooling properly so i spent the money and replaced it myself. now that the fan is replaced and working i still seem to have the problem.

Freeon level has been checked and is perfect. I have been told many things but i really need to find out if anyone else has been having the same problem, if they have fixed it or if theres anything i can check

thank you all

i tried to refill my ac and i heard air coming out and i found out it was the ac condenser that was damaged, just ordered a new one and waiting on that to install. Check to see if its not that instead of the fan. The condenser was damaged cuz i was in a little accident in the front so check it out.

you know the car switches off the AC under certain load or temp levels. mine does it once in awhile but once youre under normal load again it goes cool.

yeah but every time i take off from a light. I'm not talking launching off the line I'm talking normal average user green light driving. no matter what i do it seems to take til im at cruising speed for the ac to kick back into cool mode. the car temp doesnt go up or anything

If its not the fan, its not the freeon? Your refrigerant charge is low. At idle speeds the compressor is not being turned fast enough to fully pressurize the refrigerant into a liquid in the condenser unit.

So i took it to my buddy's place and it seems as tho u can plug the fan in and have the fan invert air flow. Also theyre seemed to be air in the lines of my freeon so we circulated the freeon and topped it off. a few hours in the sun of sunny south florida and it was still pumpin cold so i'll give it a few more days to make sure its perfect.

I do also have the same problem. i think i need to replace the whole condenser. the mechanic said it would be the AC clutch, but it make more sense to change the whole unit. I have the same symptom of hot and cold air in random times. Update us the solution if you fixed it.
