Belt Squeal ?

hey guys,
ok i replaced my belts a couple weeks ago and now i have a squeal off the AC, PS belt. I used Gator-back belts and I have an RRM billet pulley on it. I dont know if the belt is too tight or too loose but its driving me nuts. anyone have any advise.
thanks!

I had the same problem, but my idler pulley was the one that was squealing. Take them off, and turn the pulley by hand, if you can feel it not turn "smoothly" and it feels rough take off that pulley and clean off the back, or you may need a brand new pulley.

if its going smoothly as said try the simple quick method of "Belt dressing" that fixed my squeeks.

The pulley should be on the alternator belts and all that stuff, what I did was look at the tensioner for those belts and memorize where the screw was. Then I checked it all

When it's broken lol. Just check and see if it feels "tight enough". I tighten my belts to where they'll move about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch when I put a bit of pressure on them with one finger. Try that and see if it helps.
