RMR Type 1 Lip Help

So as some of you know i have the RMR Type 1 lip and it keeps coming loose. i have it screwed in on each side and that holds up fine but the middle part near the middle bumper opening. anway i used some heavy duty glue from pepboys and the double sided tape that it came with to hold it but what can i use to help the lip stay up well.
mods or anyone please help. i need some advice on what to use to keep my lip on
Any help would be greatly appreciated
