im not sure what its called or what causes i t but my engine seems to make alittle to much noise from the cylinders opening and pistons pumping up and down, its a tackling noise that can be heard when idling and it makes the car sound cheap and abused....the tackling is for sure the pistons moving up and down or for sure the noise is coming from that general direction since it is a fast paced tackling. its hard to describe but i know some of you have heard this.....what is causing it and how do i fix it? my car has been lubed and oiled accordingly if thats an issue.

Sounds like engine knock. Take your car in and make the fix it. If its bad enough try and get a new engine. Do not try and repair it yourself.

thats kinda what i had in mind, i know its nothing serious but its annoying and my car isnt sounding as sweet as it should....im worried that the guys at the dealership will slap some **** on me that its the intake and they cant fix it, even thou i have the rmr intake.

Not at all. If it were a turbocharger it would be a different story. Unless you damaged your MAS sensor some kid of way they really won't be able to say a damn thing.
