Hey everyone, im hearing a noise coming from the engine when down shifting and sometimes when accelerating through the lower gears, it almost sounded like the usual ticking our cars make but its turning into more of a rattling sound now and i think its only getting worse.

Is anybody else experiencing this? or does anyone have an idea as to what it may be? Im not a gear head or anything but kind of thinking timing chain or something like it
(praying that it isnt at the same time)

im gonna take it to the dealer and see if they might know, but if i can get some help here too itd be nice, thanks guys n girls

I drive an 08, wit the 2.0, 66000 kms on it, just to clarify that

its had regular oil changes and maintenance, man this pisses me off tho

I have that same rattling noise, always have. Its never gotten worse and I brought it once but they couldnt find nething wrong. I assume its just normal engine noise...doesnt bother me nemore.
