Question Looking for owners of stock '09 Lancer GTS

Dealership just gave me a new transmission to "fix" the problem, but it didn't.
So, now I'm looking for owners of stock '09 Lancer GTS to test to see if they can reproduce on their car. My hunch is that if the problem is in the transmission it is in all of the transmissions.

Steps to Duplicate:
From a cold start (~8-9hours) start the car, pull slowly out of parking space or garage. (My hunch is you need to be on level ground during this for it to work. No ramped garages or sloped driveways.)
Drive in sport mode going ~10 mph for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Make a full and complete stop.
Give the car some gas to accelerate to (35-40 mph) and see if it is responsive.

yes after shifting out of sport mode at anyspeed and going off a red light the car is very slow. also acceleration on the freeway dwindles down for this same thing if you take your foot off of the gas and press it again. the tranny has a mind of its own

I mean "responsive" as in can you get to 30 mph in under 15 seconds?
