Alright, quick question here. My 02' lancer OZ, 126k idles at 650 RPM's, whenever i turn the wheel the RPMs shoot up to 1,100 RPM's surging the car forward with no brake or gas applied. I know its suppost to idle up a little bit because of the pump working, but this seems a bit too much, it actually speeds up the car pretty quick. My belt is tightened, doesnt slip, no noises in dry or rainy wheather. the car steers perfect tho, just when im at like a drive thru or something letting off the gas to move forward slowly the car moves ahead slowly like normal, then when i go around a bend and turn the wheel the car moves forward pretty damn fast to where i have to use the brakes hard. Is the pump going or something?
