Fuel Temp Sensor
Fuel Temp Sensor
Im at 34100 miles and my check engine light came on. I had it checked today and its the fuel temp sensor. Precision Tune is telling me i need to replace that and my fuel pump. So i have an appointment Monday with Mitsubishi so hopefully they will fix it.Let you all know how it goes.
I've never heard of this either but the EVO manual shows one. I suppose it is similar for the Lancer. It even has a torque spec. The manual doesn't explain what it's doing and the diagnostic list doesn't mention it, but it's in the diagrams. Wonder what it's for?
sorry to bring this back up, but im also having the same problem
does this affect performance whatsoever? is there anyway to make the ecu think there is no problem with the sensor?
