Angel Eye Help!!

Ive ran into a small issue with my Angel Eyes i had installed onto my 09 Lancer. It seems only one of the rings have stopped working, and I was told it may be an Inverter that had blown out.....How would i be able to find out what is wrong with it?

if the inverter is on the outside of the light houseing, you could use a volt meter that has a high enough range to check the inverter. Or you could try swapping lines to see if the good halo works with the presumed bad inverter.
