I have waited almost a year now to decide to recharge my AC after buying my 09 Lancer wrecked. I looked in the owner manual to see how much freon the system takes, and it tells you to check the sticker on the hood, which I no longer have (carbon fiber Could someone check the sticker for me? I dont think it matters but its the 2.4 manual. Thanks guys!

 

Here's what it says for my 2.0 (service manual).
Refrigerant and quantity g (oz)
R-134a (HFC-134a), 480 − 520 (16.9 − 18.3)

 

wow it only takes 1 LBs....well i guess its smaller than the trucks I work on, which take 3.8 Lbs.
