lower front truss bar install?

i just bought a lower front truss bar for my 09 lancer and im not sure where it goes. can anyone help?

It comes with a small paper called 'User Manual' its Your guide for where to go and what to do!!

Its in the name... u lift the car up, take the bar and move it around until u find out where it fits
