Now turn signals won't work

Got my car back from the shop and didn't realize untill I was almost home that the turn signals didn't work. I checked the fuse and it was blown, so I went down to the store and baught some. When I replace the fuse it works for about 2 seconds and blows again. I don't really have any knowledge with electrical things like this so I don't know if I'm putting the fuse in wrong or if they messed something up at the shop.

connection

check to make sure that the wires are connected. Maybe they unplugged the wires and that's why the signals don't work. It happened to my girlfriend's car when it came out of the shop. It's really easy, in the taillights it's just a matter of pressing a button to release them or sometimes the lightbulb is lose.
