oil light

I have an 03 OZ and recently my oil light started to come on, but when I drive the light is off, comes on only when the engine is idling while stoped and if I step on the accel pedal it goes off as the RPMs rise. Have my oil changed the next day after it started happening, even unhooked my battery cables to reset the ecu, but it came back on. Any opinions and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. by the way I greatly enjoy driving a lancer, coolest small sedan ever!

you can either try to clean it, or just get a brand new one.
I think it was less than 30$ when I changed mine, and about 5 minutes to swap.

Yep. It's the oil pressure sensor. See the attached diagram for location. The diagram view is from the rear of the engine.
