Stock headlight harnesses
Are the stock headlight harnesses able to handle 80W and 100W bulbs, or do I need to replace them with higher amp harnesses?

Your wiring should be able to handle it, you can have up to 11 ft of 18 gauge wire, capable for 100W (or 8.33amps).

Your headlight might get too hot and melt although.
