Question Mito-02 and rear speaker problems

Sorry guys I know there's hundreds of this thread but I wanted to start fresh. I installed a pioneer deck in my 08 gts as well as the mito-02 harness to keept the rest stock. Even though the gain adjustments are pretty picky, everything seems to work fine except the rear door speakers cut in and out like its being over powered. I went from a 10 amp to a 25 amp fuse on the deck but still the same results. Only a few have posted about this but no answers replied. Anybody heard of this? Mixed up wires? Defective harness? It's driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.

could be a number of things. Could be loose pins in the speaker wire connectors (there is one connection each circuit between the deck and rear speakers), could be a bad deck.
