Humming noise from front wheels

I have been hearing a humming and kinda of a grinding noise forever and it sounds when you accelerate and deccelerate. I did change the bearings in the front a while back. I just got a pair of new rims AV-18 which I know they are not the cause of the noise, as it was doing it before them. The tires that I had before were wearing inside and I though it was due to them. Now the humming and grinding sound could be the rear bearings? I still feel it as its in the front. Any ideas?
