Coolant pipe

I am trying to replace the pipe shown in the picture but don't know the name of it. It's a 2008 lancer es

Consider buying a coupler and just replacing with heater hose

man what happened? the whole thing is rusted. I imagine you have to replace the entire block soon

That is most likely coolant residue that has dried up. You would not have to replace a block. Just the pipe and hose that it is leaking from.
