When I turn on the A/C or heater it makes a noise. It still works fine just don't like how it makes a noise. Any help? Also the gas lid won't pop open unless I use a cad to pop it out after I pull the thing to open it. Need advice on that too?

 

What kind of noise?
Inspect the pollen filter, if good, then I would remove the glove box and then drop the fan motor (to see if debris is inside).

 

You need a fuel door spring as well. They are cheap from the dealer.
