Hi everyone!

This is my first post. I have a 2002 Lancer LS. I purchased it during my freshman year of college (original owner) and even though I drive a different car most days, my Lancer is still my favorite car. It needs a little updating though...

A couple of weeks ago the light that lights up the shift console went out. This makes night driving a little tricky. I checked all the fuses and everything looked good. Is there an actual bulb in there that may have blown? If so, any ideas how to easily fix it?

should be MS820083...there are after market lamps (alternate part number) that are compatible, but I can't recall the part number off-hand...if you search around the forum, you will find it...it's around here somewhere...specs are 14v @ 1.4W
