I also had to redrill for mine to fit....good to see that it wasn't just me, but bad that it has to happen to any of us.....BTW does anyone elses downpipe sometimes vibrate??? Mine does it when I'm in reverse....Rock (Rob) Suggested that I heat it up and take a hammer to it....good advice...

I went thru that same problem with my mechanic, but at the end he was able to remove it safely using a flexible extension and a small socket AND the key thing is to get it off by placing your hand under it and pushing up on your wrench!

If you are careful and I mean really careful, used a blow torch to heat up just a bit and came right off.

A quick note the RPW Headers have been made on a Lancer 2.0 and production started. There are 25 sets heading over ot the USA in approx 3 weeks. These are our race design and are garaunteed perfect fitment.

Hey David
what kind of HP/torque improvements can we expect from the rpw headers. Could you clue me into cost, shipping. You did say that it is a perfect fit so I assume that no redrilling will be necessary? Does the header kit include a gasket?
