My back right rear tire is rubbing on the frame of the car, I'm not sure what it can be due the fact it's just that one tire. I thought maybe the shock was going out, but I'm not sure. The other three tires are fine. By no means am I an expert in cars so any help would be helpful. Thank you for your time.
