Hey guys, been perusing the forums for a bit over a year now, but I need a little help. My speedometer will randomly jump to 60 MPH and stick there. Doesn't matter if I'm over or under 60, it will bounce over and stay regardless of my current speed. Any ideas as to what the issue is?

Also have an issue with hot air coming from the vents with it set to hot or cold on the control knob. Is there something I can look into for a possible answer?
