i have a 2008 Lancer GTS 148K miles and have this code the car idles high any help to find a solution would be amazing.
this is what i already have done

Idle Air Control Valve: no idea if my car has one done lots of research i can only assume its built in to the Throttle Body if i do have one let me know and a part number would be great too.
Throttle Body: replaced 2 times the 1st one was faulty it would crank the engine but no start put back the old one and still crap idle but no high idle sometimes the 2nd one was fine for a few days then it started to high
egr: cleaned it but i ended getting a used one in better condition new one is like 200$

the car was not driven for a year and have other codes but doing one at a time
