P0089 + U1417 + U0401 + C121C + Limp Mode + ESP OFF

Hi,

My Lancer is 2011 right hand drive (Ireland) 1.8 DI-D 150 HP.

I've had smell of fumes when stationary and I took the car to mechanic, where he told me that O-rings between injectors and engine have to be replaced (I've had no error codes so far). At the moment I didn't have enough money so I kept driving the car with leaking injector for a month. At the end of that period I ignored a few messages about DPF being too full and at some point after those messages I got the engine light and a few seconds later ESP OFF light and the car went into limp mode. I ignored that and a few days later I took car to the mechanic, he replaced O-rings and one injector (it was destroyed during removal so I bought used injector from ASX, but the type was the same as in my Lancer - Denso injector). He cleared the codes, but DPF, engine light and ESP OFF (still showing up a few second after stationary with engine ON) were still showing up. So I connected AUTEL Maxicom myself and did forced DPF regen thinking that it is the cause of limp mode, but I was wrong. DPF is clean now, but after starting the car it shows engine light and I can drive normally, but if I will wait a few second with engine running ESP OFF lights show up and car goes into limp mode.

AUTEL displays following error codes:

P0089, U1417, U0401, C121C.

I saw a thread in this forum about EVO having similar error codes and there was a reply that airflow limits can be turned off which will remove those errors, but I don't know if my case allows this technique to be used? Also can it be done on stock ECU and normal (not EVO) Lancer? Or maybe one of You had those codes before and the problem is somewhere else?

When not in limp mode (ESP OFF takes a few seconds of engine idleing) car drives perfect.
