On the throttle body there is a screw that is under a little black rubber cap. Does anyone know how many full rotations (turns) open this is supposed to be for factory specs? I need to set mine properly.

If Somebody could tighten their's down all the way counting the number of turns that it takes before it can't be turned any more and let me know or if anyone has a service manual and could check the specs, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.
