I was out washing my car with the car engine off but the keys turned to ON. When I went to clean the engine bay a strange electrical noise came from the throttle body area almost like a (small electric chair effect) I turned the engine over no probs but then I turned the engine off and left it ON for music again went back to work under the hood and I heard it again. Actually it was a re-occuring noise every 15-20 mins. Anyone else have this same noise?? And any idea on what it is please HELP.

 

I get the same noise, so I believe that it is normal but I cannot tell you what is causing it.

 

i've heard it, too. no clue what it is, but it's comforting to know that i'm not the only one hearing it.

 

It just cant be normal though know what I mean. I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and ask the dealership.. I'd hate for something to come up because of my weapon R intake though. SO IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS LET ME KNOW

 

I've had that sound since day 1. Even if the key is not in. It does it pretty much every 2 hours or so. Don't know what, don't know why. If you can shed some light on this, it would be ver appreciated
