Any guys with an 04 lancer have any cat install issues? I orderd a Buschur High Flow Cat and tried to get it installed while getting a muffler install as well, and the guy said he couldn't do it, due to the factory cat being smaller and not really having a cylidrical in pipe, it was more oval... any ideas about getting around this? They wouldn't move it back(relocate it),as there is a fine for doing that in the state of PA.

Have you tried e-mailing Bushur about this problem, they are really good on getting info back to ppl!
