had same prob

had the same happen to me with the downpipe and the frame after installing the Kamikazes. I bought a "downpipe pillow" as they care called at Checker Auto. Its just a rubber ring basically that you place in between the rattling compenets. I got some heavy duty taping job on it, and its worked for awhile now.

when i get the cat back section to my exhaust (RRM.....!!) will the rattling fix itself? maybe?

Kamikaze Header

Hey guys, try loosing up the header and downpipe and placing a piece of wood or something as a wedge between the parts that are colse, tighten up the header and downpipe, remove the wedge, that works for me. There is alot going on down there in such a cramped area. Robert

He sells them. The solution could be typical throughout all cars as well.

All the issues with the kamikazi header seem to have been exposed already and people still buy them...many have no problems. Go fig. If it was problem free I bet they'd sell like hotcackes because supposedly they free up a nice bit of power.

EDIT: ^-- can't even believe I spelled cakes wrong.

every car is unique, everything is built with a tolerance, I have heard no one complain the power was too low, the kinks get worked out as they go, the flange issue was dealt with, the other issue are more installation issue, they sell great, a few people complain, hundreds have sold who have no problems, most times its the mechanic
