I had the same problem with the EVO VII abs wing I bought from RRM. The center peice wobbled up and down and the wing as a whole vibrated. I decided to buy cerious full carbon fiber evo VIII wing and no problems with that at all. To stop vibration you could use some rubber washers and foam tape where the wing mounts to trunk. The Carbon center peices are more rigid then the abs so the wind doesnt effect it. To stop the wobbling you would have to stiffen up the center peice. Rob at RRM gave me some ideas like take angle iron and make some sort of lip off the rear of the wing to stiffen it up...... something like that.

so to answer your question. The real carbon fiber wings do not wobble at all and may vibrate some over nasty bumps.
