Same as the EVO RS. Its a bar like the factory RS bar. It firms up the back end.

You mean the trunk reinforcement bar right? Do holes need to be drilled in the trunk area for this install?

No drilling, its a direct bolt on with existing hardware.

I'll get some pics tonight. I weigh 180 and I can stand in the middle of it and it will not flex at all. Very strong.

The bar is similar to this one I made for sentinal. Here are some pics, but the bar installs further towards the front of the car (3 inches or so), you will not have to trim any plastic at all, just the carpet.

will this cover the donut tire? meaning, if we got a flat, would we haveta remove the bar to get to the replacement tire?

Its over the tire a little, but the tire can slide out from under the bar.

Ive already got the other three bars (tie, strut, and sway) so im wondering if anyone knows how great of a difference that this bar will put into effect (is it worth it)?

Tying any two points of the chassis together will help with rigidity. Although with all three of the other bars, I'm not sure it will make much a difference. But hell, for $65 you don't have much to lose.
