ROAD/RACE- New Version TURBO KIT... Stage 0

Since the price of BIG T-28s have gone up drastically, we have decided to offer a more affordable version of our turbo kits for 02 -03 Lancers. Garrett has raised prices a full $100 on turbos (our price). We know that are kits are expensive already. We continue to want to ffer the kits with the best components including TIAL external wastegates. Solution?

Off the same kits as we do now but with Garrett T-25 turbos. They are a couple hundreds dollars less and although they are not the elite BIG T-28, they will offer comparable power and get guys into a RRM Trubo kit for less. We want to offer people some choices so this was the best solution. We will still offer the same kits. Call us if you are interested. I will be updating the website this week.

RRM STAGE 1 INTERCOOLED with Garrett T-25= STAGE 0 INTERCOOLED = $3899
and RRM STAGE1 non Intercooled with Garrett T-25= will replace STAGE 1 non -IC kit and will cost $2799. I will update the website soon.

this is just wishful thinking since I lack the funds to actually buy one right now, but what are the estimated performance differences? also, this is not a limited time deal, is it?

the TSI kit uses the T25 turbo. check that kit out for the specs on the T25.

With all due respect, do not comapre our kit with TSI. T-25 is smaller than Big T-28. It wil not hit as hard as the 28 but it can make comparable peak numbers and different psi. Point is this is a good option for a more affordable kit with all of the same quality components that come with the old kit. All the other parts are exactly the same.

it might, by maybe a couple hundred rpm, if that. the hole point of the big t-28 is the oversized compressor wheel, making for a faster spool since the exhaust is still spinning a relatively small exhaust turbine.

rock, i'm sorry, but a measly 100 bucks off your nonIC and 300 off your intercooled for a few steps down on a turbo is NOT a good deal nor a huge discount. there simply is not a huge price difference given you are stepping down the turbo, and thus performance. I think if the nonIC kit was closer to say 2500 you'd right on

sucks that turbo prices are going up though, and maybe this is a good solution to a few people

What you do not realize is that the other kits with Big T-28 will have to go up in price so......... this is what we have to do. Step down is not too bad to a T-25. Sorry but that is the way we will have to do it. T-25 should spool a little quicker than the T -28.

Sorry GreenPsycho, Today's turbo prices keep climbing up and to most this is a big deal to people who want a nice clean turbo set up with great customer service.

THe difference in price is $300. We are passing that saving on to you. Non-IC kit was under priced an will now only be offered with T-25. Regardless, the other version is still availalbe in IC version. These are not ball bearing but they are REAL Garrett (made in USA) turbos, not Chinese knock-offs like what typically come with the cheaper kits.

Ball bearing Garretts = GT series
There are GT series with suffix tags on the end of the model #, but I don't know what they stand for.

so can we buy the kit w/out the turbo and buy our own big t-28 or are you still offering the bigger turbo for more money. also what is the max hp you should push on the t-25 as i plan on seriously upgrading all internals in a few months.
