Perhaps you never noticed the O2 sensor coming out of the stock header?

It's easy to see. An exhaust manifold and a header are easy to tell from one another. Pop the hood, and they'll know.

man... i know its a stoopid question rock.. but you think i can pass smog with this header? i know its not legal.. but i just have an SRI and full catback.. thats it.. what do you think?

Youy may pass in some states but CA you may fail on visual inspection. Takes a 1/2 hour to swap it back be fore test. Just do that.

its as easy as unbolting, and rebolting. no welding or anything. Do you have to have one of those O2 sensor wrench things, or does that just make it easier to get it off?

When you come out with the new header style you should just drop this ones price down and leave it down as an alternative?

The new header is for RA not OZs. Nothing needs redo on the OZ, ES header.
