i called earlier this week, (monday) and you were out of red, he told me to call back later in the week. and said i could still get the 79.99 price....if i call today can i?

Nobody lied. The sales people do not control specials or groupbuys. The sales people do not get to post. We (management) control what is on special and what is not. So if we run out of stock, or we close the special, they may not know until the end of the day or they receive the memo.
Instead of posting, "I will not buy from you guys" and sounding pissed off, you could call here and talk to somebody and maybe they can give you a break.
