emailed ROB already, I asked him about Gunmetal tails. He said the gunmetal ones are awaiting DOT approval and that he will not sell them until they pass.

 

This is true. No Gun metal for now. Great response to this deal. Order up so I can order up more if need be. Thanks

Rock, is it the same story with the Candy Red, or are they already DOT approved? If not, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's diggin em'.

Let us know when you get them in Gun Metal...I really like these tails but anything other than gunmetal would mess up my "scheme."

 

Hey... do these lights fit right? I have the tyc lights and i am returning them next week because they don't fit worth a dime. I tried velcro and 3m adheasive strips. I dont wanna have to go thrugh that a second time. I mean i see the pics, but was there any noodling invovled in getting the fit right or was it just like, pop em in, make the gaps even and screw em tight?

 

I'd say, judging from the installed pics on Kontra's car that yes, they do fit.

 

they are like taking off your stock tails and putting them back on, easy as pie and fit PERFECT!!!

is the carbon fiber as dark as they apear in the picture? I think i might haveta wait till the gunmetals come out....Think it might look a little goofy on my yellow OZ. Would loveta see the gunmetal on Kontra's car.

 

Pretty dark. Still love the contrast with yellow. We will run those on our yellow drag car we are building. I think it is the best looking one in person but that is my opinion.
