Hey CAC....im a little confused here.
How come you have 3 group buys up here and each one people are telling you that they have found it cheaper. I mean, this isn't a good way to be conducting buisness. If you have a deal for us, GIVE US A DEAL!!!!
Dont just tell us you have a group buy but the prices are the same as your competitors, ,that's rediculous. Now i have to pay 165 for the short shifter with the brushings.
and what about free shipping? Damnit, can't you just give us a REAL deal like oh say.......150 for the whole kit shipped, how's that sound. If you did it at 150, i would definately buy it from you, ,but now that you tell me it's another 20 for the brushings, i might as well go with RRM, who i know conducts fair buisness. Im not mad or anything, but i think you would do better if you gave us real group buy prices.

The Injen intake price from adventon.com is ridiculous... I won't beat that... they are selling it pretty close to cost there. The kit is not cheaper anywhere.... $799 shipped is cheaper than anywhere else. And the shortshifter is $169 BEFORE SHIPPING. I think $165 for all AFTER SHIPPING is a pretty good deal. The $138 with free shipping from summit racing is only if you have a coupon. I called Summit Racing and on top of that $138.69 there's a $7.95 handling fee bringing it to $146.64 and that is WITHOUT the bushings...
ok, first of all, i bought my Injen intake for 220 at my local performance shop. but that isn't my point at all. The point is that if you are going to come in here trying to sell us things that we can all order through our local shops, you should at least try to give us a good deal, and i dont mean beating the best price by a few dollars. i guarantee if you came in this forum with REAL prices, like 150 for the short shifter, you would sell more than you can handle. Maybe this is just my buisness attitude, ,unfortunately people that i work with, my boss specifically, dont agree with my thinking, but i know that they are the ones losing in the long run. anyways, back on topic, im about to go to my shop anyways, i have my boy lookin into prices on the short shifter for me, so i'll let you know what he has come up with. no hard feelings here, just practical shopping.

Of course there are no hard feelings. If you can find prices that beat mine I'll do my best to match or beat them. What has been brought up as being cheaper though are prices that are comparing apples to oranges... shifter w/o bushings w/o shipping vs. shifter w/ both... of course there will be a price difference. If I sold them at $150 for the shifter with bearings, I might sell a lot, but would it make me any money? I won't tell you what my cost is and I won't tell you how much money that would be for me. If you can find a better deal, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you. I'm not too difficult to deal with 
OK, i just got back from my shop and my short shifter is coming in on tuesday. Sorry CAC, i honestly didn't know he ordered it for me already, but he did say it'll be 150.00. I guess i wont be in this group buy, sorry for reniging(sp?). Do me a favor though and dont stop with the group buys...how bout an In dash DVD player w/detachable face. I would def. be interested in something like that....if it's a good price. Sorry again CAC.
