Calvin, when are you gonna have the unveiling???? Cant wait to see the hood. When are you gonna post some pics of it too?? Cause I'll probably wind up driving up there to pick the hood up. Too bad I already bought the Evo VII spoiler. I still havent installed it yet. But already bought it (dont wanna through away money). I'll just get it installed this upcoming Friday.

How do you guyz think the CF spoiler would look on a sand metallic Lancer??

 

i think that the carbon fiber hood would look best with the partial carbon fiber wing . . . keep the center deck c/f and the sideposts fiberglass . . . also, i think that the complete c/f wing would only look good on a black car . . . just my .2 cents . . .

 

i don't want to take full prepay, because it will take aleast more than a month to import them.
after i got the sample it will take 6-8weeks to get into usa.

I was picturing the CF wing in my head and yes it will look awkward on my car since my car is gold looking.

 

You guys do realize that you can just paint the sides right?

 

what i think of is carbon fiber color looks good for any color, only RED don't match well. it is just what i think.

IS THE INTAKE SCOOP GOING TO BE A CORRECT DISTANCE WIDTH AND HEIGHT TO ACTUALLY SUPPLY A SHORT-RAM WITH COLD AIR?! IT LOOKS TOO FAR BACK!
Cause I'd get it. I just have to make sure that the hood would be proportional to the intake side.

no the vent is not direct on top of intake, that will not good for intake when it is raining. we have the vent little back around the corner of the hood, this way the hot air can exit it.

If the vent is direct on top of intake, when it is raining intake will get all the water into engin.

 

what up calvin, when you get this hood . . . could you by any chance put it on a lancer and take a picture, this way we can get the full affect of how it will look . . . i am very interested in this hood . . . and if i like it, i will buy it . . .

guys...you dont have to worry about water on your intake....first off you would have to submerge the intake for it to suck anything up, second off the red stuff on every intake is oil...water is repelled by oil...no problem.
