can you change the shift knob to a nother one on this(cant really tell from the picture and iv never had a b&m shifter) thanks

Yes, you can use any shift knob on it.

so this shifter upgrade doesnt even come with the B&M knob? does the B&M knob fit on this shifter? would I be able to get the knob if I purchased?

Well, you mean any universal knob, right? I know that the metal B&M knob and the stock Lancer knob have different thread sizes. Not sure which would fit on this.
