Did you construct it yourself? It looks very nice but looks a little pink to me. Is it powdercoated or spray painted?

It was the flash on the camera. Its actually red. Its painted with professional grade automotive paint. I also have black.

Yes, I make them myself in my shop. They are made out of HSLA steel 1/8" thick. These are VERY strong. I have several years welding/fabrication experience, so the construction is high quality.

I didn't go with powder coating for several reasons. It costs more and this part is in a place that isn't highly visable and its likely to get lots of road grime on it. If there is enough interest in powder coating, I can make it so. But I would have to charge the difference.

Here is a better pic showing the color of the bar.

Thanks for your interest. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Rob

Xtreme is 1 1/2" HSLA steel with 3/4" threads.

Regular is 1" HSLA with 3/8" threads.

I figured nobody would really want the standard. But if there is interest, I could sell them for $45 shipped.

Nice catch Archangelite!

Thanks for your interest,

Rob

High Strength Low Alloy steel. Its the steel metalurgical formula they use in skyscraper skeletons and other high load conditions like bridges, etc...

Very tough stuff.

Red and black primarily, but I can do pretty much any color you want for a little extra. I would need the paint code though.

Thanks for your interest!

^^^ Why not just buy some blue paint, gray prime over the black, and paint the blue yourself.

Edit: I'm a moron and got mixed up between threads

PD, I'm wondering why the difference in pipe size between one end and the other? Did you solve the "adjusting" by threading one end into the other?

Chameleon is hard to photograph, but I will try when the sun comes out.

As far as paint colors go, if you have a paint code or pic of the color you want, I can do any color you want. But, it will cost you more. The other option is to get the parts in primer. Then you can go at it all you want with any color you want.

Here is a close up of the threaded ends. Yep. One end is threaded into the other, but its not pipe. Its a grade 5 bolt. BEEFY

One last thing. The only really stupid question is the one not asked, thats why I am here. You guys, as customers, deserve answers to any question you ask. Its your money you are spending on my parts, so ask me anything you want and I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks!

Rob

I have to ask because a competitor is also selling this, does yours come with a nut so you can lock the threaded end into place?
