Sti dyno results with evo results to compare

My dyno results. These are on a dyno dynamics dyno. They are known as the heart breaker for a reason lol. Add 40 or so to these numbers to get an idea what it would be on the adverage dyno pack dyno:

I pulled a 276 hp and 305 lbs of tq. on pump gas, we backed down from that though and ended up going for 267 hp and being safe.

Look here for a comparison on what Evo's are doing on that same dyno:

many of us here like both cars, i like sti and evo, but no regrate when i have evo,
i hope that you enjor your sti as we do on our evo,
there is no point to sneak around evo forum and show something we donot care.
i bet you still have not convince yourself which is better, even after pick the sti.

dude,
I am not trying to convince anyone of anything, That's why I put it in the other car forum. This is on the stock turbo. I just wanted to share some result. No need to be pissy about :P

I do like both cars, we all have our preferences, I wouldn't give up my STi anymore than you would give up your evo. I am a lover of cars in general. The guys at dyno4performance where I had my dar tuned were really cool. It was nice to be able to compare my numbers from the stock turbo minus the port job, with what the stock evo's are putting out. The cool thing is even for an Sti it's unusually strong.

The recent results at Englishtown NJ clearly showed that dyno results are a tuning tool only and do not imply how quick or fast a car is. Congrats on your results.

All I have to say is after E-town I bet there are alot of guys thinking of trading up for the real deal. What was funny is that some of these guys on Nasioc think they might have a chance on a road course lol , that should be pretty funny also. Both cars aere cool but its obvious one outshines the other in just about every way shape and form. Wonder which one that could be.

It's in the Other Cars forum you know, not everything in this forum has to be ALL about Evo's

Congrat man, youre STI put out alot of whp comparing to the evo with camgears + shafts. The only evo that I saw on that dyno made more power is the one with vishnu 1+ on race gas.

Anyways, with the recent result at English town, we all know that he EVO is faster even on a straight line. Mods or no mods, the evo adapt to aftermarket parts alot better.

and ignore the jabs about e-town, and one car being better... i think it'd be a big plus to have more sti owners on this site

With no mods it's a drivers race, the cars usually run within a 1/10 sec. of each other.
