A few exotics.

I'd give the money to charity since I already own an Evo/STi/SRT-4 and there's no other car in the world worth driving.

Which would you choose?

I've been thinking about this today (mainly due to the retarded nature of STi/Evo/SRT4 owners)...

If you were given a large sum of money, say $300,000 (after taxes) to spend in a car store, what would you get?
  • A single supercar - i.e. Enzo, Carrera GT, Pagani, or Koenigsegg
  • A few exotics - i.e. M5, 911 Turbo, and R34 GT-R
  • A fleet of fun cars - i.e. Evo (of course), Z06, S2000, Cooper S, Elise, Supra TT, RX-7, Silvia, M3, and F350 turbodiesel (support vehicle ).

Edit: I am more interested in whether you would want a lot of good cars, a few very good cars, or one exceptional car. The actual cost is not a hard number.

i said a fleet of fast cars cause why not have a couple used cars, tune them, and have them be as fast as getting one new supercar?

Assuming my wife would let me spend $300K on cars, but.....ummmm....yeah.......so.....

...my list would be...

-mid 90's 911TT or R34Spec V=$80K
-EVO fully paid off and track prepped=$50K
-'05 Range Rover (or any large lux SUV with towing power)with car trailer = $80K
-1970 Pontiac TransAm - $20
-Ducati 996R-$18K
-Custom chopper (there's more room on the bandwagon) ~$35K
-Rest of $$$ goes to garage with all the proper tools.

I would buy 1 version of each of the major rally cars (Evo, Sti, Focus V8, etc.) and then an e55 for my daily/dress-up driver. It would be the coolest to have an 8 car garage that opens and it's a line of rally cars...

i choose pikachu! sigh...... well, 300 k is enough to buy a supercar but not enough to cover the insurance and stuff for the future costs. I would just get a car under 200k like Ford Gt, Porsche 911 GT2, or skyline.

Fleet is the closest thing to what I want. All I really need is three vehicles - a truck, and fast daily driver, and a faster never ending project car.

Make that 4 vehicles, I wanna bike!
