I would think that the idea would be; if someone is willing to buy it, someone is going to make it. You can see the same thing with every car that is out on the road INCLUCING the Evo.

Who are these people who created the vortex generator for the srt4?

umm cause they cant come up with anything better to make for the neon srt-4. So they decided to steal the vortex generator . What's next , the Evo 8 wing???
