Some years back I had my own Type R stolen. They eventually found it, stripped down to the chasis in a neighboring state. Needless to say it was unfortunate, but I bided my time and finally got an Evo when they came stateside. What you need to do is go to the nearest police station with all of your information and file a report there and notify your insurance agency. Eventually your insurance should send someone to investigate and I believe if it doesn't show up within a certain time period, it'll be declared as a loss. Good luck and remember, you can always move on to something better

yea call your insurance agent. If they truly are "Good Neighbors" or if you truly are "In good hands" they should handle it for you.

Providing false information to the police? You nuts? They'll probably just lock you up.

And yes I do that was meant as a joke.

I say call the news station and tell them your story.

I had a similar situations with the cops. What classify as an emergency? Cause I called to report that I just got shot at and it took them alittle over an hour to respond.

Most car incidents are reported at the police station, unless you can flag down a passing cop. Unless you live in Small Town USA. Cops are understaffed. Give them a break.

Look at the bright side, start shopping for an Evo and you no longer own a Type-R.

true, you would get in trouble IF they bothered to show up. if they won't show for car theft (grand theft auto? what's so grand about it?) what's the chance they'll show for false info? hmmmm maybe if ppl start stealing their cars and stipping them, car theft will be a priority. BTW don't do this, those night sticks hurt, ALOT

Easiest thing to do it go to the station and file there.
If your insurance company is nice they will file on your behalf.

I agree with all the real advice given so far.

1. Go to the station file a report.
2. Call your insurance let them know what happened.
3. Call the news and motherf**k the police for doing nothing.

I don't care how understaffed they are. They can't get someone there in two days. Sh*t what are the cable company now. Hell the cable company can atleast get there between noon and five now a days.
